Back in October 2008, Ashwani Garg opened the doors of a small café with a simple dream — to welcome foreign guests with cakes, tea, coffee, and a few snacks. At that time, the idea of a café was still new in our neighborhood. But something unexpected happened: our guests began asking for the flavors of India. They longed for dal makhani, shahi paneer, roti, naan, and the soulful dishes that remind them of home.

Listening to them changed everything. What started as a humble café quickly grew into a place where authentic Indian food met the warmth of café culture. Over the years, we experimented, added new dishes, and refined our menu — always guided by one principle: fresh food, never frozen.
